In 2016, we accepted the challenge: to create the first independent MLS in Portugal
Consultant Massimo Forte presented us with a major project to develop a credible and professionally focused MLS.
We noticed that the Sharing method is used all over the world, but that in Portugal there were no tools to extend and give security to the process.
We studied and talked with real estate experts to understand how technology could positively impact real estate agents' work.
After hearing the opinion of hundreds of agents from all over the country, we are convinced that the Exclusivity, Sharing and MLS trio is crucial for the professionalization of the sector.
So after a lot of effort, we created SAM-MLS: the collaborative platform for real estate agents.
